A Better Shopping Experience

At Fitlicious Bites, our aim is to make shopping with us as enjoyable as possible. That’s why we work hard to make sure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent. 1. All of our delicious snacks are hand-made to order.  We need 48 hours notice to prepare your order with the love and care that we intend to impart on all of our products.

2.  All of our snacks are personally checked and packed by hand.  Once delivered to you there can be no refunds or replacement deliveries made.  Please make sure that you store your snacks in a refrigerator as soon as you receive them.

3.  All payments will be taken at the point of you placing your order.  Unless we fail to deliver within the 48 hour timeframe that is our standard commitment to all customers, then no payment refunds can be considered.

4.  Payments must be made online, using either PayPal, PayNow, or via a bank transfer.  All payment instructions will be outlined when you complete your online order and checkout.

5.  All of our snacks are made from the finest and freshest ingredients.  Our packaging seeks to reduce any negative impact on the environment.  We urge all customers to dispose of any waste packaging in a thoughtful way and to recycle whenever possible. Thank you.
